By entering our premises or booking a stay with BT HAUS RETREAT, you agree to comply with the rules and acknowledge to have read all the terms and conditions and agree with them.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required to confirm a reservation for ala-carte room and whole house booking.
A security deposit of RM500 is required for entire house booking. Late check-out is subject availability with an additional charge of RM20/hour ( room booking) and RM100/hour (entire house booking).
BT Haus Retreat reserves the right to retain the full security deposit should there be any litter on the environment or damages/missing items on the Property.
The security deposit will be refunded 3-5 working days after the check out date if there any no outstanding payments, no litter on the environment and no damaged/ missing items on the Property. Check In After 3.00 pm Check Out Before 12.00 pm.
